What courier do you use for deliveries?
We offer free delivery for the following postal zones 8001, 8002, 8003, 8004, 8005, 8006, 8008, 8032, 8038, 8044 and 8053.
For the rest of Switzerland we deliver with the Swiss post.
For restaurants and shops we offer special terms. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
How long does the delivery take?
A delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1-5 working days.
How much it is the delivery?
For the postal zones 8001, 8002, 8003, 8004, 8005, 8006, 8008, 8032, 8038, 8044 and 8053, we offer free delivery.
For the rest of the zones the cost of delivery is calculated according to the Swiss post tariffs.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently ship in within Switzerland. But we make exceptions for special situations. Please contact us if you want to order outside Switzerland.
What is your online returns policy?
If your wine has gone bad prior delivery or has a strange taste after opening it. You should contact us, to open a return case.
Please note that cases where the bottle is returned empty will not be considered for refunds.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept just bank transfers.
What currencies can I use?
We accept payments in CHF only.
